ANALISIS KINERJA SUMBER DAYA INSANI BANK PEMBIAYAAN RAKYAT SYARI’AH DANA AMANAH DITINJAU DARI STANDAR KOMPETENSI KERJA NASIONAL INDONESIA

Abstract


ABSTRAK 

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui SDI BPRS Dana Amanah, kinerja SDI BPRS Dana Amanah, dan kinerja SDI BPRS Dana Amanah ditinjau dari standar kompetensi kerja nasional Indonesia subbidang BPRS.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian berupa deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Sumber Daya Insani BPRS Dana Amanah pada umumnya dan bagian account officer pada khususnya. Sumber data berasal dari data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara, dan data sekunder berupa dokumen yang mendukung penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data dilaksanakan sesuai dengan bagan komponen model analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dari tahap pra lapangan, kegiatan lapangan, analisis data, dan penulisan laporan.

Simpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan SDI BPRS Dana Amanah termasuk karyawan ahli tipe B, yaitu spesialis ilmu ekonomi yang mengenal syari’ah. Kinerja sumber daya insani Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syari’ah Dana Amanah baik, pernyataan tersebut diperkuat dengan indikator kinerja menurut Henry Simanora. Kinerja SDI BPRS Dana Amanah ditinjau dari SKKNI Subbidang BPRS yang telah ditetapkan dan diatur sesuai keputusan kemenakertrans RI nomor: KEP.30/MEN/II/2008, yaitu baik sesuai dengan beberapa kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh SDI BPRS.

ABSTRACT

The objective of research was to find out HR BPRS of Dana Amanah, the  performance of HR BPRS Dana Amanah, and the performance of HR BPRS Dana Amanah viewed from BPRS subdivision of Indonesian National Work Competency Standard.

This study was a qualitative research. The type of study employed was descriptive qualitative one. The subject of research was the human resource of Dana Amanah BPRS generally and in account officer division particularly. The data source derived from primary data in the form of observation, interview, and secondary data in the form of research-supporting documents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling one. Data collection was conducted using observation, interview and documentation. The data validation was conducted using source and method triangulations. The data analysis was conducted corresponding to the chart of interactive analysis model components consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The procedure of research was conducted from pre-research, field study, data analysis, and report writing.

The conclusion of research showed that HR BPRS Dana Amanah included type B expert employee, economists familiar with syari’ah. The performance of human resource in Dana Amanah Syariah People Leasing Bank was good; this statement was confirmed by performance indicator according to Henry Simanora. The performance of HR BPRS Dana Amanah viewed from SKKNI of BPRS Subdivision specified and governed according to RI’s transmigration and labor ministry’s decree Number: KEP.30/MEN/II/2008, had been good consistent with several competencies the HR BPRS should had.
