PENGARUH PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN JOB EXPERIENCE DAN DEMONSTRASI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA KOMPETENSI DASAR PERAWATAN DAN PERBAIKANSISTIM PENGAPIAN KONVENSIONAL DITINJAU DARI MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract


The purpose of this studies to determine (1) the difference in the effect of the aplication job experience and the demonstration method toward student’s learning achievement for cognitive ability on BCMRCIS (2) the difference in the effect of high and low learning motivation toward student’s learning achievement for cognitive ability on BCMRCIS (3) the interaction in the effect of the learning method and student’s learning motivation toward learning achievement for cognitive ability on BCMRCIS. (4) the difference in the effect of the aplication job experience and demonstration method toward student’s learning achievement for psychomotor ability on BCMRCIS. (5) the difference in the effect of high and low learning motivation toward students’learning achievement for psychomotor ability on BCMRCIS (6) the interaction in the effect of the learning method and student’s learning motivation toward learning achievement for psychomotor ability on BCMRCIS.

This research type is a scientific experiment. Data analysis used ANAVA 2 ways with fictorial design 2x2. The population is a class of XII Light Vehicle Engineering (LVE) Skills Competence SMK Muhammadiyah Kudus as many as 170 students. The sampling technique used a multi-stage random sampling which consists of 30 students of LVE1 XII class SMK Muh Kudus as the experimental group using the job experience method, 30 students of LVE1 XII class SMK Muh Undaan as a control group using a demonstration method, and 30 students of LVE1 XII class SMK Muh Ponpes as a  instrumen group

Based on the analysis it appears that: (1) there is a difference in the effect of the aplication job experience and demonstration method toward student’s learning achievement for cognitive ability on BCMRCIS, the decision test (H0 is rejected). (2) there is no difference in the effect  of high and low learning motivation toward student’s learning achievement for cognitive ability on BCMRCIS, the decision test   (H0 is accepted). (3) there is no the effect in the interaction between the learning methods and  student’s learning motivation toward learning achievement for cognitive ability on BCMRCIS, the decision test  (H0 is accepted). (4) there is a difference in the effect of the aplication job experience and demonstration method toward student’s learning achievement for psychomotor ability on BCMRCIS, the decision test   (H0 is rejected). (5) there is a difference in the effect of high and low learning motivation toward student’s learning achievement for psychomotor ability on BCMRCIS, the decision test   (H0 is rejected). (6) there is no the effect in the interaction between the learning method and  student’s learning motivation toward learning achievement for psychomotor ability on BCMRCIS, decision test   (H0 is accepted).
