UPAYA PENINGKATAN KEAKTIFAN DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR AKUNTANSI MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL ACTIVE LEARNING TIPE QUIZ TEAM PADA SISWA KELAS XI IPS 2 SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 04 ANDONG TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya masalah yaitu rendahnya keaktifan serta prestasi belajar.Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Muhammadiyah 04 AndongTahun Ajaran 2014/2015dengan menerapkan model active learning tipe quiz team..

PenelitianinimerupakanPenelitianTindakanKelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IPS 2 SMA Muhammadiyah 04 Andong Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan ini antara lain: informan, tempat/lokasi, dan pengamatan peristiwa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan: observasi/pengamatan, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data, teknik triangulasi metode, dan validitas isi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif komparatif untuk data kuantitatif dan teknik analisis kritis untuk data kualitatif.

Hasilpenelitianinimenunjukkanbahwa adanya peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa daripratindakan, siklus I, dansiklus II melalui penerapan model active learning tipe quiz team. Penelitian ini menetapkan indikator kinerja untuk keaktifan sebesar 75% dari rata-rata kelima aktifitas belajar yang digunakan dalam penelitian (visual activities, oral activities, listening activities, writing activities, mental activities)dan untuk ketuntasan siswa dalam tes prestasi belajar akuntansi sebesar 80%. Pada siklus IIpresentase keaktifan siswa meningkat sebesar 78,33% dan presentase siswa yang tuntas dalam tes prestasi belajar akuntansi meningkat sebesar 87,5%.

Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapanmodel active learning tipe quiz team dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar akuntansisiswa kelas IPS 2 SMA Muhammadiyah 04 Andong Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015.

ABSTRACT

 

This research’s cause is because there are problems the low activity and learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity and learning achievement accounting in class XI social science 2 SMA Muhammadiyah 04 Andong Academic Year 2014/2015 by applying the active learning model of the type of quiz team.

This research is a classroom action research (CAR). This study was conducted implemented with the collaboration between researchers and teachers. This research subject was XI social science 2 SMA Muhammadiyah 04 Andong Academic Year 2014/2015, amounting to 24 students. The data used in this research is quantitative data and qualitative data. Source of data used in the study of this action include: informants, places/ locations, and observation of the events. The data collection techniques: observation, interview, test, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation of data sources, method triangulation techniques, and content validity. The data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques for quantitative data and comparative critical analysis techniques for qualitative data.

The results showed that the increase in activity and learning achievement accounting of pre research, the first cycle and the second cycle through the application of active learning model of the type of quiz team. This study establishes performance indicators for the activity by 75% of the average of the five activities that are used in research and for the thoroughness of the students in the learning achievement tests accounting for 80%. In the second cycle increased, the percentage of student activity increased by 78.33% and the percentage of students who completed the study accounting achievement tests increased by 87.5%.

The conclusions of this research is the application of active learning model of the type of quiz team can enhance the activity and learning achievement accounting of the  students XI social science 2 SMA Muhammadiyah 04 Andong Academic Year 2014/2015.
