Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi finansial dan motivasi nonfinansial terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dari  karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi finansial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau sedangkan motivasi nonfinansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Provinsi Riau. Strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan menyelaraskan pemberian motivasi finasial dan motivasi nonfinasial.
