Abstract. The Implementation Of Concept Sentence Model Through Picture Series Media In Improving Essay Writing Skills At Fourth Grade Students Of SDN 2 Kalirancang In The Academic Year Of 2014/2015. The objectives of this research is to improve essay writing skills through the implementation of Concept Sentence models with media picture series at fourth grade students of SDN 2 Kalirancang in the academic year of 2014/2015. This research was Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in three cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects were all fourth graders of SDN 2 Kalirancang amounting to 21 students who were 15 males and 6 females. The results showed that the implementation of Concept Sentence model through picture series media that conducted with appropriate steps can improve essay writing skills at the fourth grade students of elementary school.  Keywords: Concept Sentence, Picture Series Media, Writing Skills
