Abstract:This paper aims to describe the extent of the role of Himpaudi in helping to improve the competence of early education educators and education personnel and to describe how to optimize the role of himpaudi in helping to improve the competence of Early Childhood Educators and Education personnel. The results of the discussion
indicate that routine Himpaudi activities carried out so far have been good enough as a forum for coordination and information sharing for all PAUD educators, but still have to be optimized for their roles and activities, so as not to stop as a forum for coordination and information exchange, but also more optimized and enhanced for activities that
can improve the competence of PTUD PAUD, which in turn has an impact on improving the quality and services of each PAUD institution that is managed so that students can also maximize all the potential they have in accordance with the stages of development.
