Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to describe the improvement of science learning achievement through Demonstration method for Grade I students of SD Negeri 6 Sendangharjo, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency in the first semester of the 2016/2017 academic year. The research was conducted in class 1 SD Negeri 6 Sendangharjo, Karangrayung District, Grobogan District. At the time of the study, September 5 to November 21, 2016. With the application of the demonstration method, students can improve their  understanding of science learning for grade 1 students at SDN 6 Sendangharjo, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency in the first semester of the 2015/16
academic year. : The value of the Pre-cycle Activity is an average of 50.00 with a completeness of 3.7%. After an improvement in cycle I, the average score was 61.11 with 29.62% completeness. After an improvement in learning cycle I was obtained an average value of 74.44 with classical completeness 96.29% had shown mastery learning.
