in general mathematics is a lesson that is considered difficult and not accessible to students. This is in accordance with the results of the questionnaire of the third-grade students of SDN Kalongan 02 stating that 45% of students do not find it difficult to follow. Therefore the results of learning mathematics are not as expected. Even
Mulyana (2001) in her introduction that mathematical values are at the bottom, cannot be measured by the value of student intelligence. By using this analysis, the researchers used an observation or Jarimatika method as an effort to apply the concepts of everyday material to mathematics learning. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the improvement of students' learning achievement in class III Semester 1 student at SDN Kalongan 02 students has not been completed when there were 18 students then became 16 students in cycle 1 and in cycle 2
only 3 children were not completed. The improvement in learning completeness was seen in the pre-cycle only 16 children were completed, in cycle 1 it increased to 18 children and occurred significantly in cycle 2, namely students who completed 31 children. Based on the data above it can be seen that there was an increase of 16 students who
were completed into 18 students in cycle 1 and increased significantly in cycle 2 with the number of students who
said as many as 31 students.
