SUPERVISI KLINIS BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN ETOS KERJA GURU

Abstract

Abstrac : Based on these results it is recommended that : ( 1 ) the school should form a team worksekolah. ( 2 ) teachers need ongoing professional development activities to optimize the achievement of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor within the framework of the formation of character , ( 3 ) the dissemination of the concept of local knowledge-based supervision with a humanistic approach can be followed up through a working group of school principals so that the development of quality can be done in a holistic manner.
Abstrak : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan agar : (1) sekolah perlu membentuk tim worksekolah. (2) guru perlu melakukan kegiatan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan untuk mengoptimalkan pencapaian ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor dalam kerangka pembentukan karakter, (3) diseminasi konsep supervisi berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan humanis dapat di tindak lanjuti lewat kelompok kerja kepala sekolah sehingga pengembangan sekolah bermutu dapat dilakukan secara holistik.
