PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI MENYUSUN SILABUS MELALUI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK BERKELANJUTAN BAGI GURU SD N 2 TELAWAH KECAMATAN KARANGRAYUNG KABUPATEN GROBOGAN PADA SEMESTER I TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016
Abstract
The aim to improve the competence of compiling the syllabus through ongoing academic supervision
for teachers of SD N 2 Telawah, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency in the first semester of the
2015/2016 academic year. School Action Research was carried out at SD N 2 Telawah. The selection of the
school aims to improve the competence of the teacher in compiling the syllabus completely. The PTS is held in
the first semester of the 2015/2016 school year for approximately three months starting from August to October
2015. The School Action Research is carried out through two cycles to see the improvement of teacher
competencies in preparing the syllabus. Based on the data collected and the discussion there was an increase in
the competence of teachers in compiling syllabus. In cycle I the average value of syllabus components was 69%,
in cycle II the average value of syllabus components was 83%, an increase of 14%.
