Abstrak : Tujuan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini adalah melalui Guided Inquiry with Cek Point Card dapat menumbuhkan karakter sikap ilmiah pada pembelajaran sains Siswa Kelas II SDN Cemara Dua Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini berbentuk Best Practise yaitu proses belajar mengajar guru yang disusun dari persiapan guru mengajar, kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan refleksi dari kegiata pembelajaran. dilaksanakan satu kali
pertemuan. Hasil Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini bahwa dapat meningkatnya motivasi, hasil belajar dan terciptanya karakter sikap ilmiah siswa melalui Guided Inquiry with Cek Point Card.
