Peer Review Process

Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers (double blind review method). Reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 4 weeks.

Publication Frequency

This journal is published quarterly (March, June, September, and December)

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
