PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN TUTOR SEBAYA DALAM MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAMMIND YOUR OWN BUSSINES(MYOB)TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH KOMPUTER AKUNTANSI JURUSAN PENDIDIKAN IPS EKONOMI IAIN MATARAM

Penggunaan keterampilan dalam mengajar sangatlah menentukan mudah dan sulitnya peserta didik dalam menerima materi yang diajarkan.Pembelajaran sebagai proses intraksi antara peserta didik dengan pendidik membutuhkan model pembelajaran yang harus tetap dikembangkan dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar. Untuk itu peneliti tertarik mengadakan penelitian tentang pengaruh keterampilan tutor sebaya dalam menggunakan program Mind Your Own Business (MYOB) terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah komputer akuntasi Jurusan Pendidikan IPS Ekonomi IAIN Mataram dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan tutor sebaya dalam menggunakan program MYOB terhadaphasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah komputer akuntansi Jurusan Pendidikan IPS Ekonomi IAIN Mataram. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah komputer akuntansi Jurusan Pendidikan IPS ekonomi yang terdiri dari lima kelas dengan jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 230 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik Random sampling.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional sebab akibat.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Sederhana.Untuk mencari kuatnya pengaruh atau hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen maka dicari dengan rumus korelasi product moment.Dari hasil perhitungan product moment diperoleh r_xy sebesar 0,755.Ini artinya hubungan atau pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen kuat. Untuk mengetahuai kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen atau koefisien determinasi (r²) dengan cara mengkuadratkan hasil dari r_xy sehingga koefisien determinasi atau pengaruh variavel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 0,570 atau 57% sedangkan sisinya 43% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh keterampilan tutor sebaya dalam menggunakan program MYOB terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah komputer akuntansi. Peneliti berharap agar model pembelajaran tutor sebaya ini tetap digunakan pada mata kuliah tertentu sehingga lebih meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

The use of skills in teaching easy and difficult it is to determine the students in receiving the material being taught.Learning as intraksi process between educators requires learners with learning model that should still be developed and tailored to the needs of learning.To the researchers interested in conducting research on the influence of skills peer tutors in using the program Mind Your Own Business (MYOB) to the learning outcomes of students in the subject of computer accounting Schools of Social Economy IAIN Mataram and the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skills peer tutors in using the program MYOB terhadaphasil student learning in the subject of accounting computer IPS Education Department of Economic IAIN Mataram.The study population was all students who follow courses accounting computer IPS Education Programs economy consists of five classes with the number of students as many as 230 people.The sample used in this study amounted to 34 students who are determined by random sampling technique.This type of research is correlational causal.This study uses a quantitative approach, data analysis using simple regression analysis.To find a strong influence or relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable then searched by product moment correlation formula.From the calculation results obtained r product moment _xy of 0.755.This means that the relationship or influence of independent variables on the dependent variable stronger.Mengetahuai contribution to the independent variable on the dependent variable or the coefficient of determination (r²⁾ by squaring the result of r _xy so that the coefficient of determination or independent variavel effect on the dependent variable of 0.570 or 57%, while the sides 43% is determined by other factors.This shows that there is influence of peer tutoring skills in using MYOB program to the learning outcomes of students in the subject of accounting computer.Researchers hope that the peer tutoring learning model is still used on certain subjects so that further improve student results.
