This paper will reveal the terms of the good citizens and intelligent, also distinguish the good and intelligent (smart and good man). Furthermore, we will make comments about a teacher of character "smart and good citizen". Paper will rest on the assertion that good and intelligent is part of the character and the assumption that the good citizens and intelligent does not mean a person/ individual/ man good and smart.
