Abstract


Abstract: Application of Cooperative Teaching With The Kind Of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) In The Increasing Of Social Studies Teaching Elementary School Grade IV. The aims of this research are: (1) to describe the steps in the application of cooperative teaching with the kind of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in the increasing of Social Studies teaching Elementary School grade IV; (2) to describe if the steps in the application of cooperative teaching with the kind of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in the increasing of Social Studies Elementary School grade IV. This research has the shape of Class Actions Research. This research was held in 3 cycles. There were 4 stages in each cycle. They were: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The increasing of student’s study result from pre-implementation, cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. The completeness percentage  in the pre-implementation was just up to 6%, it was increased in the cycle I up to 29%, it was increased in the cycle II up to 31% and it was increased in cycle III up to 86%.

 

Abstrak: Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPS Kelas IV SD. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) langkah-langkah penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam peningkatan pembelajaran IPS kelas IV SD; (2) apakah langkah-langkah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini berupa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus  terdiri dari 3 pertemuan. Setiap siklus, terdiri dari: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, (4) refleksi. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari pratindakan, siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III. Persentase ketuntasan pratindakan mencapai 6%, pada siklus I menjadi 29%, siklus II menjadi 31% dan siklus III meningkat menjadi 86%.
