Abstract


Contextual Learning Model to Improving mathematics Learning of fraction to 3th graders Ori SD Negeri Academic Year 2012/2013. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aims to enhance student mathematics learning in class III of the  fraction. The experiment was conducted in three cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Source data came from students, peers, researchers, and documents. Results of this study was to study Contextual learning model steps are: (1) constructivism, (2) questioning, (3) inquiry, (4) learning community, (5) modeling, (6) reflection, (7) the actual assessment, can enhance mathematics learning about the fraction in class III SD. In the implementation of this study found the presence of constraints and can find a solution.
