Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Karanganyar

Abstract

Abstract : The objective of this research is to investigate whether or not there is an effect of the organizational commitment of the employees of the Office of Transportation Communication and Informatics Service of Karanganyar Regency and their occupational stress on their performance in the year of 2012. The samples of this research consisted of 42 employees, and were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The data were then analyzed by using the  multilinear regression analysis technique.

The results of this research are as follows: (1) there is a significant positive effect of the organizational commitment of the employees of the Office of Transportation Communication and Informatics Service of Karanganyar Regency on their performance in the year of 2012; (2) there is a significant negative effect of the occupational stress of the employees of the Office of Transportation Communication and Informatics Service of Karanganyar Regency on their performance in the year of 2012; (3) there is a simultaneous significant positive effect of the organizational commitment of the employees of the Office of Transportation Communication and Informatics Service of Karanganyar Regency and their occupational stress on their performance in the year of 2012.
