Abstract


The purpose of this study is to see how and to what extent self-reflection of teachers has contributed to the development efforts of professionalism. The study involved a total of 120 elementary school teachers in the province of Lampung. Sampling was done by random sampling. The research instrument in the form of teachers' perceptions questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using linear regression analysis. The results of this study suggested that teacher self-reflection significantly contribute positively to professional conduct and professional development efforts amounted to 35.1% (p <0.05). In other words, if the reflection is done with good teachers, efforts are being made to develop professionalism is also good.
