KEARIFAN LOKAL CERITA PENDEK DALAM BUKU PENGAYAAN MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS XI SMA (Strategi Pemertahanan Budaya Lokal di Era Society 5.0)

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) lokal wisdom contained in short stories in Indonesian XI grade high school books, and 2) the implications of lokal wisdom in short stories in the strategy of maintaining lokal culture in the era of society 5.0. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data sources are documents and informants. Data collection techniques using document analysis and interviews. Data validity testing uses data source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that lokal wisdom that emerged from short stories in Indonesian XI grade high school books is 1) a culture of tolerance between religious communities, 2) sociable ethics in society, 3) community strengthening in worship activities, 4) community loyalty to the advancement of civilization, and 5) community commitment to solve environmental problems together. Based on short story criteria that contain lokal wisdom can be a strategy of maintaining lokal culture in the era of society 5.0, through: 1) increasing student interaction with short stories based on lokal wisdom, 2) students re-creating short stories in their own form and language, 3) provide intensive assistance in the selection of teaching materials based on lokal wisdom, and 4) create learning conditions that are able to reflect good lokal wisdom
