Abstract


Abstract: The objectives of this research are: To describe Competency Improvement in Developing Syllabus Through Coaching based on Supervision for Primary School Teachers of 2 Sendangharjo Countries in Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency In Semester I Year 2015/2016. Action Hypothesis: Through coaching based on competency supervision, compile a syllabus for Public Elementary School 2 teachers in Sendangharjo, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency, in the first semester of the 2015/2016 academic year increased. This research was conducted for 3 months from 1 August to 31 October 2015 at SD Negeri 2 Sendangharjo, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency. The subjects of this school action research were the Sendangharjo 2 Elementary School Teachers in Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency with the number of 8 teachers. The object of this research was the competence of the
teacher to compile the syllabus. Data collection techniques from this school action research are through quantitative data obtained from observations on the teacher's ability to compile a learning syllabus based on an aspect assessment on apredetermined observation sheet. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: through mentoring based on the supervision of competence in developing syllabus for 2 elementary school teachers in Sendangharjo, Karangrayung
District, Grobogan Regency in the first semester of the 2015/2016 academic year increased.
