Abstract: Competency Improvement in Implementing KBM Through Implementation of Class Visits Supervision Based on Self Evaluation for Class III Teachers in the First Division of UPT. Dinpendik of Kaloran Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency in 2016, Research on the Action of Kindergarten / Elementary School Supervisors. The
teacher becomes an agent of learning in developing the potential of students to become learning inputs. Teacher certification guarantees recognition of the mastery of four competencies (personality, social, pedagogic, and professional) as a system. The teacher becomes the main actor in the teaching and learning process. The teacher is a
professional educator who has duties, functions, and an important role in educating the nation's life. This study aims to find out that through the implementation of supervision of class-based visits, self-evaluation can improve the teaching competence of teaching and learning activities for third grade elementary school teachers in the first division of the UPT. Dinpendik of the District of Kaloran, Temanggung Regency. The subjects in this study were the third grade teachers in six public elementary schools in the Dabin I UPT Dinpendik District of Kaloran District, Temanggung. The procedure used in this study consists of a series of three main activities carried out in a repeat cycle, including (a) planning, (b) actions with observation, and (c) reflection. The research approach uses action research methods, while the data collection method uses documentation, observation, questionnaire, and interview studies. The results of the study indicate an increase in the ability of teachers to manage learning (KBM). The first cycle of the third action with the average results obtained from the six teachers in the third cycle of the third action 72.63 and in the second cycle the second action 87.70. Improving teacher competence in the management of
learning also has an impact on improving student learning achievement that is taught by teachers who receive supervision of class visits, it is seen from the results of UTS in the first semester of 2016/2017 with a mean of sixth grade Semester I 72.42 increased to 76, 91 average in 2016/2017 semester I UAS. The conclusion that supervision of class visits based on self-evaluation can improve teacher competence in class III at SD Dabin I UPT Dinpendik Kec. The newspaper in carrying out KBM.
