Abstract


Abstract: Research in the background behind the results of supervision conducted by supervisors on teachers in the target schools in Ngadirejo Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency in semester 1 of the 2016/2017 Academic Year. The ability of teachers to manage classes in 1 Katekan Public Elementary School and 2 Public Elementary
Schools Katekan is still low. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers to manage classes in 1 Katekan Public Elementary School and 2 Katekan Public Elementary School Ngadirejo District, Temanggung Regency in the first semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year. The subjects in this study were 16
teachers in the classroom and teachers in the study area at the 1 Katekan Public Elementary School and 2 Katekan Elementary School. The study was conducted from August to November 2016 (4 months). Research activities include (1) making proposals that compile (2) instruments, (3) conducting academic supervision (4)
analyzing data (5) discussions and (6) preparing reports. School action research (PTS) includes the types used to analyze research results using cycle results with the results of cycle II with academic supervision techniques. The results of research on academic supervision classes in the initial conditions of the class are still low. The average
result of the class was 58.63 (enough category. While the average results of the class in the first cycle were 68.63 (enough category). The increase in the results of the first cycle compared to the initial condition was 10%. 84.69 (good category). Used cycle II is 16.06.
