PENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA JAWA DENGAN PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISIONS (STAD) DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the learning model with the use of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) students' motivation to learn the Java language subjects fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Jebukan Klaten of Central Java in the academic year 2015/2016 can be improved. The main data obtained from informants such as school principals, and teachers. Data were collected by observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results showed that the students' motivation in learning reflecting increased by using model STAD on the subjects of the Java language class V students of SD Negeri 1 Jebugan the second semester of academic year 2015/2016. Before the action up in quality just reached a percentage of 47.42%. After being given a form of action learning model STAD on the subjects of the Java language class V students of SD Negeri 1 Jebugan the second semester of academic year 2015/2016 increased in the first cycle of 66% and the second cycle increased to 82.08%. The quantity also increased by administration of actions in the form of learning model STAD on the subjects of the Java language class V students of SD Negeri 1 Jebugan the second semester of academic year 2015/2016. Before reaching the quantity given action only reaches a percentage of 12%. After being given the action on the first cycle increased by 62% and the second cycle increased to 94%.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dengan dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran bahasa jawa siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Jebukan Klaten Propinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 dapat ditingkatkan. Data utama diperoleh dari informan seperti kepala sekolah, dan guru. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dalam belajar menunjukkan adanya kenaikan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD pada mata pelajaran bahasa jawa siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Jebugan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Sebelum diberikan tindakan secara kualitas hanya mencapai persentase sebesar 47.42%. Setelah diberikan tindakan berupa model pembelajaran STAD pada mata pelajaran bahasa jawa siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Jebugan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 66% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82.08%. Secara kuantitas juga mengalami peningkatan dengan pemberian tindakan berupa model pembelajaran STAD pada mata pelajaran bahasa jawa siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Jebugan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Sebelum diberikan tindakan mencapai secara kuantitas hanya mencapai persentase sebesar 12%. Setelah diberikan tindakan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 62 % dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 94%.
