ANALISIS FAKTOR KEMAMPUAN STRATEGI KOGNITIF, EMPATI DAN KETERAMPILAN KERJA ILMIAH TERHADAP KOMITMEN PROFESI GURU PADA MAHASISWA PGSD FKIP TH AKADEMIK 2011-2012

Adequate professional education qualification, have a scientific competence appropriate to the occupied areas, have good communication skills with their students, have a creative soul-innovative and productive, has the work ethic and commitment to the profession as a teacher candidates. commitment is a self attachment on a task that is by the power of all positive and negative force that serves to maintain the individual in relation to others in their duties. This study each endogenous variable refers to the ability of cognitive strategies demensi individual internal processes, processes of attention, thought processes, perception, memory. Empathy refers to the dimensional sensitivity, perception, altruism and feelings. Was referring to the dimensional and variable skills of scientific work refers to the observation, the relationship between space and time, the use of numbers, classification; measuring, communicating, predictions and concluded. In the exogenous variables of commitment to the teaching profession refers to the dimension of understanding the technique work, loyalty and participation. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were tested model of structural relationships between these constructs. The test results demonstrate the role PGSD students of the teaching profession's commitment to the profession in conjunction with cognitive strategies, empathy, this is shown negative figures obtained Gamma value and the price of T is negative. While the commitment of the teaching profession to the profession in relation to the skills of scientific work, empathy T negative this is indicated figures obtained Gamma value and the price of T is negative, but together with variable abilities cognitive strategies, empathy and skills of scientific work affect the commitment to the teaching profession from calculation SEM (Goodness of fit (GFI) meets the requirements is> 0.9 was the work environment is quite high correlation to the commitment of the teaching profession.

Abstrak. Kesungguhan dalam latihan mengajar IPA SD dan motivasi latihan mengajar erat berkaitan dengan kemampuan strategi kognitif, jenis kemampuan strategi kognitif yang berupa ketrampilan mengatur proses internal individu antara lain proses perhatian, proses berfikir, presepsi, ingatan yang diperlukan dalam belajar maupun memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi. Selain motivasi terdapat aspek lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja yakni atribut kepribadian, kemauan belajar. Inti latihan mengajar adalah kesadaran diri. Mengajar berkaitan dengan pekerjaan memungkinkan mahasiswa  dapat menyatakan diri secara objektif, sehingga mereka memahami keberadaan dirinya, sebagai calon guru. Empati adalah keadaan untuk mengerti dan ini tanpa menghilangkan ciri-cirinya atau suatu subsitusi diri sendiri pada diri orang lain (siswa), hal ini merupakan identifikasi kecerdasan dengan atau seolah mengalami sendiri dengan perasaan, berpikir dari perilaku anak didiknya. Ketrampilan kerja ilmiah terintegrasi meliputi: (1) pengendalian variabel; (2) interpretasi; (3) merumuskan hipotesis; (4) definisi operasional dan (5) eksperimen. Hal ini sebagai landasan Keterampilan proses dasar pembelajaran IPA SD meliputi: (1) observasi, (2) hubungan antara ruang dan waktu; (3) penggunaan angka; (4) klasifikasi; (5) mengukur, (6) mengkomunikasikan; (7) prediksi dan (8) menyimpulkan. Kualifikasi pendidikan profesi yang memadai, memiliki kompetensi keilmuan yang sesuai dengan bidang yang ditekuni, memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang  baik dengan anak didiknya, mempunyai jiwa kreatif-inovatif dan produktif, mempunyai etos kerja dan komitmen yang  tinggi terhadap profesi sebagai calon guru. komitmen adalah keterikatan diri seorang pada suatu tugas yakni dengan daya segala kekuatan positif maupun negatif yang berfungsi mempertahankan individu dalam hubungannya dengan orang lain juga pada tugasnya. Penelitian ini masing-masing variabel endogenus kemampuan strategi kognitif mengacu pada demensi proses internal individu, proses perhatian, proses berfikir, presepsi, ingatan.  Empati mengacu pada demensi kepekaan, persepsi, altruisme dan perasaan. Sedang mengacu pada demensi , dan variabel keterampilan kerja ilmiah  mengacu pada observasi, hubungan antara ruang dan waktu, penggunaan angka, klasifikasi; mengukur, mengkomunikasikan, prediksi dan menyimpulkan. Pada variabel eksogenus komitmen terhadap profesi guru mengacu pada demensi pemahaman teknik pekerjaan, loyalitas dan partisipasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner. Data diuji model hubungan struktural antara konstruk-konstruk tersebut. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peran mahasiswa PGSD komitmen profesi guru terhadap profesi dalam hubungannya dengan strategi kognitif, empati, negatif hal ini ditunjukkan angka yang diperoleh nilai Gamma dan harga T negatif. Sedangkan komitmen profesi guru terhadap profesi dalam hubungannya dengan keterampilan kerja ilmiah, empati T negatif hal ini ditunjukkan angka yang diperoleh nilai Gamma dan harga T negatif, tetapi secara bersama variabel kemampuan strategi kognitif, empati, dan keterampilan kerja ilmiah berpengaruh terhadap komitmen terhadap profesi guru dari perhitungan SEM (Goodness of fit (GFI) memenuhi persyaratan adalah >0,9 sedang lingkungan kerja korelasinya cukup tinggi  terhadap terhadap komitmen terhadap profesi guru.
