PENGEMBANGAN MODEL INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


Abstract : The research objective is the production of a model character education assessment instrument for learning in primary school. This research includes of the development research type (Research & Developmen), which consists of three steps, namely the preliminary study, planning, and development. In the preliminary phase of research carried out by observations, interviews, and documentation. Model development assessment instru-ments implemented character education measures: (1) Developing indicators based on value and character descriptions (2) Prepare for the preparation of the grating instrument. (3) Prepare instrument. (4) Prepare an answer key, and (5) Prepare guidelines for scoring or assessment. Samples taken rondom cluster sampling. Time studies conducted over the past six months, ie April to September 2012. The research data is qualitative data. The results of this study is the formulation of assessment instruments in the teaching of character education in elementary school, which consists of (1) Observation Sheet used by teacher observation sheet item consists of 80 questions / statements. (2) Questionnaire for students, which consists of 80 items question / statement. (3) Ques-tionnaire for parents. This item consists of 40 questions / statements. From the test results are known expert, 52 items worth used, 22 item questionnaire feasible to repair, and 6 points is not feasible. 22 item questions have been improved, and 6 grains corresponding indicator is fixed. Finally 80 points question for observation sheets and questionnaires for students fit for use. Parent questionnaire of 40 items questionnaire contained six items need repair questions. Improvements have been made and declared fit for use. From the test results are known instrument for observation sheets and questionnaires to the students otherwise 74 point is valid and six point invalid. Questions fixed valid. About the reliability of the test results by the number of samples = 30 people, the number of grains 80, obtained a alpha score of 0.9812 and 0.9448, r table is greater than 0.361. Thus the obser-vation sheet instruments and questionnaires for students are reliable. Tests Instrument Questionnaire for Parents held for 40 parents / guardians of students. The results are all the items declared valid questions, and reliable (alpha score of 0.9310,> r table 0.312). From the results of field tests known to score the results of character education in fifth grade students of SDN Mangkubumen Lor No. 15 with the observation sheet and questionnaire to students show an average of 309.1 and 343. With the score range 0 s.d. 400, the high category. From the Parents' Questionnaire results obtained an average of 163.15. With the score range 0 s.d. 200, the high category.
Abstrak : tujuan penelitian adalah dihasilkannya model instrumen penilaian pendidikan karakter dalam pem-belajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research & Developmen), yang terdiri atas tiga langkah yaitu studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, dan pengembangan. Pada tahap pendahuluan dilaksanakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan dan pengembangan model instrumen penilaian pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah: (1) menyusun indikator berdasarkan nilai karakter. (2) menyusun kisi-kisi untuk penyusunan instrumen. (3) menyusun instrumen. (4) menyusun kunci jawaban instrumen, dan (5) menyusun pedoman pemberian skor atau penilaian. Sampel diambil secara cluster rondom sampling. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan selama enam bulan, pada bulan April sampai dengan September 2012. Data penelitian adalah data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya instrumen penilaian pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran di SD, yang terdiri atas (1) Lembar Pengamatan yang digunakan oleh guru, Lembar pengamatan terdiri atas 80 butir pertanyaan /pernyataan. (2) Angket untuk siswa. yang terdiri atas 80 butir pertanyaan / pernyataan. (3) Angket untuk orang tua siswa. ini terdiri atas 40 butir pertanyaan / pernyataan. Dari hasil uji ahli, 52 butir pertanyaan layak digunakan, 22 butir layak dengan perbai-kan, dan 6 butir tidak layak. Perbaikan telah dilaksanakan dan dinyatakan layak digunakan. Dari hasil ujicoba instrument diketahui untuk lembar pengamatan dan angket untuk siswa, 74 butir pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan 6 butir pernyataan tidak valid. Pertanyaan yang tidak valid diperbaiki. Dari hasil uji reliabilitas soal dengan jumlah sampel = 30 orang, jumlah butir soal 80, diperoleh skor alpha sebesar 0,9812 dan 0,9448, lebih besar dari r table 0,361. Dengan demikian instrumen lembar pengamatan dan angket untuk siswa tersebut diyatakan reliabel. Ujicoba Angket untuk Orang Tua Siswa dilaksanakan terhadap 40 orang tua /wali siswa. Hasilnya semua butir pertanyaan dinyatakan valid, dan reliabel (skor alpha 0,9310, > r table 0,312).
