EVALUASI IKLIM AKADEMIK PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM STUDI PGSD UNIVERSITAS VETERAN BANGUN NUSANTARA SUKOHARJO

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the academic climate at the University of Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo based on the results of the model evalauasi Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP). This evaluation research leads to evaluation monitoring using CIPP models using qualitative approaches. This study focused on the recommendations specified by the research phase indicator. The study population is students and faculty with the number of respondents 8 PGSD permanent lecturers and 162 students PGSD class of 2011. Data collection instruments are observation sheets, interview guidelines and check list sheet. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation then analyzed by quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed as follows: 1) describe the context of the evaluation of the state of academic on campus climate was conducive PGSD and needs a course in creating a climate conducive academics have been met. 2) evaluation of inputs describing the state of the academic climate on campus PGSD have shown favorable characteristics that support the curriculum and student faculty interaction can take place in both directions. 3) evaluation process indicates academic climate on campus PGSD the classroom setting as well as the coordination of activities has been conducive and supportive academic community embodiment campus conducive academic climate. 4) evaluation of the product illustrates that the atmosphere and the climate was conducive PGSD academic campus.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan iklim akademik di Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo berdasarkan hasil dari model evalauasi Konteks, Input, Proses dan Produk (CIPP). Penelitian evaluasi ini menyebabkan monitoring evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada rekomendasi ditentukan oleh indikator tahap penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa dan fakultas dengan jumlah responden 8 dosen tetap PGSD dan 162 siswa kelas PGSD 2011. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan check list lembar. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: 1) mendeskripsikan konteks evaluasi keadaan akademik terhadap iklim kampus PGSD yang kondusif dan kebutuhan kursus dalam menciptakan iklim yang kondusif akademisi telah terpenuhi. 2) evaluasi input menggambarkan keadaan iklim akademik di kampus PGSD telah menunjukkan sifat yang menguntungkan yang mendukung kurikulum dan interaksi dosen mahasiswa dapat terjadi di kedua arah. 3) proses evaluasi menunjukkan iklim akademik di kampus PGSD pengaturan ruang kelas serta koordinasi kegiatan telah kondusif dan mendukung civitas akademika kampus perwujudan iklim akademik yang kondusif. 4) evaluasi produk menggambarkan bahwa suasana dan iklim adalah kampus PGSD akademik yang kondusif.
