PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN (Knowledge Management ) TERHADAP MOTIVASI MENGAJAR DI PONDOK PESANTREN

Abstract


ABSTRAK

                Pondok pesantren merupakan  lembaga pendidikan dalam  pembentukan budi pekerti santri yang memiliki akar sosio-historis yang cukup kuat, sehingga membuatnya mampu  menduduki peranan sentral dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Setidaknya terdapat tiga fungsi pokok pesantren: pertama, transmisi ilmu pengetahuan Islam ; kedua, pemeliharaan tradisi Islam ; dan ketiga, pembinaan calon-calon pemimpin umat. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi , maka pondok pesantren  terjadi dinamika dalam  mengelola  tantangan modernitas ditengah budaya pesantren. Manajemen pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) dan motivasi pengajar/kyai  merupakan sebagian pilar penting di pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menggali dan menganalisis faktor faktor manajemen pengetahuan dan pengaruhnya dalam motivasi mengajar di Pondok Pesantren Modern Islam Assalaam Surakarta. Mengacu pada masalah penelitian dan hipotesis yang dikembangkan, sumber data untuk penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari pengajar,pimpinan pondok pesantren melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari kondisi dan profil pondok pesantren. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausal korelasi, karena membuktikan hubungan sebab akibat adanya keterkaitan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS Versi  2.0M3. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan hasil bahwa bahwa motivasi mengajar dapat dibentuk atau dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh manajemen pengetahuan khususnya manajemen pengetahuan islami.
