Abstract


Abstract: The purpose of this school action research is to describe the improvement of skills in implementing PAIKEM
through clinical supervision for teachers of 3 Mayahan Public Elementary Schools in Tawangharjo Subdistrict, Grobogan
Regency in the first semester of the 2016/17 academic year. The object of this research is the way the teacher applies the
PAIKEM learning model. The School Action Research was conducted in the State of 3Mayahan, Tawangharjo District,
Grobogan District. The research time in the second semester of 2016/2017 school year, September 19 through December
2016. Based on the collected data and analysts, this study can be concluded that, through ongoing coaching based on the
performance appraisal of the ability to apply PAIKEM to teachers of SD 3 Mayahan, Tawangharjo District Grobogan in the
first semester of the 2016/2017 academic year increased. The increase occurred in all successive aspects of the
improvement as follows: 1) Indicators Students are involved in a variety of activities that develop their understanding and
ability with an emphasis on learning through action. , 2) Indicators Teachers use a variety of tools and various ways to
generate enthusiasm, including using the environment as a learning resource to make learning interesting, fun, and suitable
for students at 37%, 3) Indicators Teachers organize classes by displaying books and learning materials the more h
interesting and provides a 'reading corner' 62% increase, 4) Indicators Teachers apply more cooperative and interactive
ways of teaching, including group learning methods up 75%, 5) Indicators Teachers encourage students to find their own
ways in solving a problem, to express his ideas, and involving students in creating his school environment increased by
62%.
