Abstract


Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of the ability to carry out learning through
coaching based on peer assessment for teachers of Plosorejo 1 Elementary School in Tawangharjo District,
Grobogan Regency in the first semester of the 2016/17 academic year. The School Action Research was conducted
at Plosorejo 1 Elementary School, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency . The type of action in this study is in
the form of concrete action that is guiding the teacher in carrying out the learning activities through the exploration
of peers. The study was conducted in the first semester, precisely in August - October 2016. The subjects of this
school action research were some of the teachers at Plosorejo State Primary School 1, Tawangharjo District,
Grobogan Regency with a total of 6 teachers. The results of school action research can be concluded that through
peer assessment the skills to carry out learning for teachers in Plosorejo 1 Public Elementary School, Tawangharjo
District, Grobogan District in the first semester 2016/2016 Academic Year increases. Statistically the results of
school action research conducted at Plosorejo 1 Public Elementary School, Tawangharjo Subdistrict, Grobongan
Regency in the first semester of the 2016/2017 academic year showed that the increase in inter-cycles was: from
pre-cycle I there was an increase in the percentage of achievement of 69.40% . The highest percentage value is seen
by the allocation of time and individual guidance with a value of 79.67% while the lowest value of prosentse is seen
in the aspect of formulating indicators of 63.33%. From cycle I to cycle II, the percentage of average achievement
was 92.60%. The highest percentage value is seen in the aspect of formulating indicators, learning variations,
opening learning with a value of 100%. The lowest percentage value is seen in the aspect of process evaluation with
a value of 83.33%. So that overall the increase from pre-cycle to cycle II, the percentage of average achievement
increased by 57.52%.
