Abstract


This study was initially conducted due to the fact that the are still many students found to have difficulties in learning, either because of their less precise learning methods or their low learning skill. This was shown in the number of students who did cheating during tests and a large number of students who learn only if there will be daily tests or exams. It is therefore, students’ learning skill needs to be improved. To improve the learning skill, a guidance and counseling service which suits the characteristics and needs of adolescents is required. This research was using Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The results shown that p-value was 0,000 (0,00<0,05). So, can be concluded that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. There was a significant difference on study skill improvement between the experimental group given the treatment and the control group who did not receive treatment.
